At McSwain Builders, this time of year isn\u2019t just about projects. It\u2019s also about giving back to the place that gives us so much.<\/span><\/p>\n

Community First<\/span><\/h2>\n

This fall, our team was proud to support <\/span>St. Stephen Catholic School\u2019s Fall Golf Classic<\/b>, an event that brings together families, sponsors, and neighbors for a great cause.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Golf Classic helps the school fund programs that shape the next generation of local students. It\u2019s a simple reminder of what makes this valley so special: people showing up for one another.<\/span><\/p>\n

Featured Project: The Jermaine Residence, Snowmass Village<\/span><\/h2>\n

A few valleys over in Snowmass Village, our team recently wrapped up the <\/span>Jermaine Residence<\/b>, a project that shows what\u2019s possible when craftsmanship meets persistence.<\/span><\/p>\n

This home came to us mid-project, after another builder couldn\u2019t see it through. Our crew stepped in to complete the vision, starting with <\/span>new stonework on the exterior<\/b> and <\/span>repairs to the siding and trim<\/b>. We also built a <\/span>new custom staircase<\/b> and finished everything with <\/span>fresh paint and a brand-new patio<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

The result is a mountain home that feels refreshed, timeless, and ready for every season.<\/span><\/p>\n

A Fireplace Made for Mountain Living<\/span><\/h2>\n

One of the standout features of this project is the <\/span>custom-built exterior stone fireplace<\/b>, perfect for cool autumn evenings. It\u2019s a place to unwind, sip a drink, and watch the last light hit the peaks.<\/span><\/p>\n

The patio and all surrounding flatwork were designed and built anew from the ground up, using natural materials that blend with the mountain landscape.<\/span><\/p>\n
